Here are a few answers to the questions we frequently get.

What is your service area?

Ascension Event Service is located in Topeka, Kansas. Our service includes Lawrence, Leavenworth, Kansas City, Manhattan, Junction City, Emporia, And North East Kansas. For gigs outside our service area will require a travel fee and or accommodations for an overnight stay in a hotel in exchange for a reduced package price.

What is your retainer fee?

The retainer fee to reserve your date is $50 and is included in the pricing of our packages. The retainer fee is non refundable.

When is the remaining balance due?

We are always flexible with our clients for our services. The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding or event, We are flexible with how you pay as well. We accept cash (of course), check, Cashapp, Square, and Paypal.

Cancellations or Date Changes

Our cancellation policy is that you have 30 day before your date to cancel with no additional charges. Cancellations with less than 30 days from event will require 1/2 the remain balance due.

if you need to change your date let us know. As long as we have date open to be booked on our calendar, we can change your date to your new date with no problems. If we are not available for your new date then you can refer to our cancellation policy.
